Currently admins can set an "Access Date" in the future, but it still enrolls all the learners as soon as it is Active. Either make the "Access Date" the date the learner is enrolled or add a separate "Enrollment Date" so admins can set up future trainings without it counting as an "Incomplete" for the learners.
This would be a gamechanger for us too. We have a contact centre department where training needs to be scheduled in advance, and if an Absorb admin is out of office then it needs to be manually done in advance or postponed. Having the ability to schedule an enrollment date would help with resource planning and eliminate risks through absence.
This would be extremely helpful in our organization. Being able to set up future enrollments so we can space out training instead of dumping multiple courses at the same time would benefit users imensely.
