'Is Not' Logic In Enrolment Rules

Having the ability to have 'Is Not' logic capabilities within enrolment rules would significantly reduce the number of rules needed when setting up courses. If you need (say) 4 out of 5 options within a field to be included in the rule you have to duplicate the full rule four times to include each cohort of learners matching each option as opposed to having one rule that excludes all learners matching the option that does not apply.
