Currently, it appears that the only historical events that show up in the Course History is the the additions and removals of objects. Becaue such huge aspects of an object can impact the usage and completion of a course, object changes should be included in the history.
For example, if I change a Grade to Pass score in an assessment from 50% to 99% - that is not tracked in the history, but that change has a giant impact on the course.
Without seeing every possible change in a choice, it is impossible for admins of the platform to truely know if changes were made to courses or not.
