Low Probability of Delivery
When you edit a user you should be able to change that user's manager (like you can with supervisor). Currently you have to edit the manager's account and add the user as a direct report.
When a sys admin deletes a user who is a manager, can you force them to assign a new manager? That way we don't end up with lots of staff with no manager when theirs leaves the company. Although the Manager experience is a good tool, I don't think it was tested properly in the real world before being released.
