When troubleshooting email delivery or simply verifying which emails were sent from Absorb, to whom, and when, there's no direct way to view this. Impersonating the learner and looking at their Messages will give an idea, but does not allow for true email deliverability troubleshooting.
I had this functionality in an LMS at a previous company and it was super helpful. I would love to see this.
We recently had an issue that could have been better solved with this type of reporting. I had to use the time of Absorb Support and our internal IT Team to resolve it. Please make this available as a way to place the research time on the customer. It will allow your support team to focus on other issues that require their skills and access levels.
This is a very important thing to have, currently there is no way to know if an email was actually triggered. The logging in Absorb is almost a joke.
