Audit trail of system emails Merged

I'd like the opportunity to have a report of sent system emails so we can download for audit purposes. For some compliance or required courses, it would be helpful to have confirmation that the email went out from the system. Other LMSes have this functionality. You can download a report that shows the subject of the system email, the email it was sent to and when.
