It should be possible to change the ownership of a saved report from one user to another to reduce the overhead required in recreating and reconfiguring schedules for reports when personnel turns over
The suggested way and handling this is currently reactivating a user>changing their password>logging in as them>modifying the report>deactivating the user. Not only is this a violation of most security policies, there is still no way to identify who the original admin is when you have dozens of admins.
Make all Saved Reports available to all LMS Admins

Please make all Saved Reports available to all LMS Admins, so that these reports may be edited or deleted if an Admin is on vacation, or leaves the company.
An easier way would be to recreate the report and then share it with other users.
