I try to automate as much as possible. its makes life easier.
I wonder if is possible to set a flag or reminder, at course creation, for creator to check currency at customised intervals. E.g. If today I create a course whose content is likely to change in 3 months time, I'd like to put a flag on it to email me to update course in 2.5 months
