As an Admin user who looks at search result data, I need the ability to create synonyms/keywords for courses so that when my customers perform a search, the right course can be recommended.
For example, I might have a course called Apples and a curriculum called Bananas. I want to create a synonym called Fruit that when searched, will return both the Apples and Bananas courses. This is important because these may be terms that cannot be contained within tags, descriptions, or titles due to them being made customer-facing within either the learner or admin views.
