We have some ILCs that we want to auto-enroll our new employees in, but auto enrollment is only allowed for curriculums, online courses, and course bundles. It would be nice to have the option for all course types. This would then show the course in the participant's My Courses and all they would need to do is pick a session.
We are delivering ILC sessions for our partners and customers through MS Teams.
Without the auto-enrollment capability, we are relying on learners (from partner / customer organizations) to enroll to the scheduled session (even to get the invite for the session).
There is currently no easy way to notify the scheduled session / send the invite to their email ids.
I expect absorb didn't add auto enrolment rules because users wouldn't be assigned to a session automatically, just the course. But I think it should be added as an option nonetheless.
