Allow automatic enrollment rules to be created for ILCs. With a remote workforce, this is a great way to notify employees of a mandatory live training, so we don't want to give them the option. Rules would be much nicer to set up rather than having to filter users and manually enroll.
Agreed! Please enable automatic enrollment rules for ILCs. It would be great if the functionality existed to both:
Enable auto-enrollment at the ILC settings overall, then allowing those users to pick their desired session.
Enable auto-enrollment within an ILC session to ensure users are choosing the appropriate session based on predetermined criteria.
Thank you for considering--this would be a huge asset and would mirror already existing functionality in the system (e.g., automatic enrollment for online courses).
I feel this would be a great addition.
Auto enrollment for certain areas of work/departments make it easier for tracking completion.
Reviewed but any update?
There's a slightly ugly workaround for this: You can auto-enroll an ILC if the ILC is inside of a bundle. We make a separate bundle for each ILC that needs auto-enroll (containing only that one course), and then we set the auto-enroll rule on the bundle. It's a bit of a pain and adds clutter, but it's better than nothing.
Agreed! We need automatic enrollment at the course AND session level. This is the only reason I went to switch from a normal Outlook invitation to Absorb instead (so attendees wouldn't get missed as they're hired into the organization), and I'm bummed to see it's not available.

Yes I agree. We design and deliver specific courses for our depts so not everyone in the business is allowed to attend a dept specific training course. Right now it is difficult to do this plus the managers will give us the names of the people attending what session, would be easier if I could just auto enroll them. or be able to add their names to the course instead of making a rule for each one.
