At times a due date needs to be pushed out for individual learners. When this is done, the Nudge/Overdue emails do not connect to the new due date. Learners are receiving erroneous emails that a course is overdue when in fact it is not. This seems to be a programming issue holding the Nudge/Overdue in a static state rather than connecting dynamically with the due date of the item.
Upvoting. Extending due dates is a very common use case and this feature is not working correctly. I've recently had a due date via the course settings. However, everyone received overdue notifications based on the previous/old due date. This makes no sense.
I was told that in order for the reminder and overdue emails to send based on the extension, I would've had to re-enroll all affected learners. There is no documentation in the KB that would alert an admin they'd have to perform this re-enrollment in order to apply new date to messages/emails.
