Allow departments to be deactivated like users and courses. Sometimes departments are no longer needed to be active, but we need to store the old users for periods of times, while current users (employees) have had their department changed. Being able to deactivate departments that are legacy would be helpful to maintain the data, but not clutter up the department list.
It would be nice bring this feature to have clean department structure without delating unused departments.
