Add Course Due Date custom message template to online course Message settings
Online courses give you the option to customize enrollment, completion, nudge and failure message templates for learners but not for the course's due date message. It would be helpful to have that option in the course message settings as well.
Add ability to edit one of the reoccurring class sessions. Use the "Add Recurring Classes" feature" is a fast work around than creating a class session one by one. But if one class needs to be canceled it is a hassle because I have to edit the bulk.

It would be incredibly helpful to have an "impersonate User" button on the User Enrollment report. This will allow the Admin to go to the User's profile to ensure the courses are showing up properly after enrollment or completion.

When you want to indicate a category for a course, you can look up a category by name. It then appears but without the associated parent categories. We often have the same category names under other parent categories, which makes it very cumbersom...
If I was competent at something five years ago, there is no reason to assume with certainty that I am still competent. The ability to set decay or expiration dates for competencies would allow for more granular pre-requisite controls.
Add additional option to Mandatory or Not Mandatory
It would be helpful to have a 3rd option for course requirement. For example: Mandatory - Compliance courses Required - Job skill requirements Not Mandatory - all others
System allows admin to create multiple groups with the same name. The system should restrict group name to be unique or give admin a setting in portal settings to turn on restriction for the system.
