Add Course Due Date custom message template to online course Message settings
Online courses give you the option to customize enrollment, completion, nudge and failure message templates for learners but not for the course's due date message. It would be helpful to have that option in the course message settings as well.
Would love this also. We have some courses that are required, and others that are mandatory and have severe consequences. So we need to have stronger language in the mandatory course emails.
This 100%. The message I'd like to send regarding being past due requires custom and unique information relative the course. If not the past due message. Multiple unique Nudges should be made avail that I can send a periodic message every 2 weeks, and then a different specific message triggered at 10 weeks.
