Be able to turn on or off nudge emails

It would be nice to be able to reflexively turn on/off nudge emails after a person was enrolled. The fact that it is static is very limiting.

Supervisor approval should be confirmed rather than prompting them to login.

It's unfortunate that the EDIT enrollment page is governed by MODIFY enrollments as it contains important data that should be viewable without the ability to modify it. Viewing the "edit page" should be permissible without the ability to modify it...
