We would like to see the ability to add conditional logic such as "IF work e-mail is blank, THEN sync personal e-mail". This logic could be applied in various ways to suit specific use-cases beyond the example.

Would it be possible to add an integration into Hubspot? That is used as much as Salesforce, and I don't think it would be that difficult to add, and it would benefit many of your users.
