Determine who approved external training

We'd like to have the ability to see which admin approved external training. I was hoping for a column to add that would say "approved by" or something, but there isn't one. We'd like the ability to know in case something was approved incorrectly.

ILC Activity Report needs User Status Filter Option

The Course Activity report has the user status filter to be able to see active and inactive users. Is the user status able to be added to the ILC Activity Report so the same can be done.

Ability to Rename a Report Layout
