Add a Text Box Learning Object

Would it be possible to add a learning object that is only a text box? This would allow for course authors to add verbiage that isn't necessarily tied to a video, URL, document upload, or assignment.

This option is available for FAQs and Billboards where we can set the order on how the items appear on the page. We should also have this option so we can arrange our courses/curriculums to appear in a certain order.
