Show Invitation URL on the ILC Sessions Report

We would like to be able to view the Invitation URL on the ILC Sessions Report. Currently, we can only see the URL by going to Zoom or by going into a course as an editor and then going into that session. Both are more time-consuming than necessary.

Courses in Curriculum should be individually assignable outside of curriculum.

When I assign a curriculum with several courses inside, I'd expect there to be a time in the future that I would like to individually assign a single course without a user needing to go back to the curriculum to complete the training.

Course Image Thumbnail Crop/Autosize

When adding thumbnail images to courses, it would be nice if there was an auto resize tool or crop tool so the exact 229x173 pixels size could be obtained and images that were the wrong size didn't end up getting squashed.
