Required Fields for Courses

We have several admins in the system who are able to add content. The ability to set which fields are required would really help to standardize the catalog and save time in catalog clean ups.

Ability to change the order the references show in

It would be nice to be able to re-order the references without having to delete and re-add them in the order they should appear.

Set limit for number of trainings that can be completed in a day

We are asked sometimes if we could limit the number of trainings for example a new hire could take in a day. It would be good to have this as an option in portal settings to comply with requirements requested internally.

Info page after clicking on global resource

When a user clicks on a global resource, it would be nice to go to a page where you can see that resource (similar to a pdf/web doc viewer.) on the right-hand side of the page there would be info about date added, tags, content owner/who published...

Ability for Learner to rate Global Resource

Similar to courses, I'd like to see an option where the learner can rate a global resource. We want our employees to be able to load their own resources. With that, we'd like to give other employees/learners the ability to rate them.

Reporting on e-Signatures in Courses

For compliance training, I'd like to be able to run a report on if the e-signature was collected. This could be set up by course: e-Signaure Collected? n/a, yes, or no. Right now we can include the e-signaure but have no way to "report" on this.

Edit task status from email

Rather than link to absorb is there a way that you can approve or decline a task directly from the email so when you click the approve/deny it automatically changes it in absorb? It reduces the number of steps it takes to approve a task
