Default Evaluation NPS

We utilize NPS for our courses and this is currently not available as a format option under Default Evaluation. This means that we have to add to each course. It would be great to have this as a format option under Default Evaluation settings.

Make tags section visible for Catalog Search (similar to Course Name)

Learners may search by tags but it's somewhat hidden in advanced filtering. Give Tags a section in the search/filter area of the Catalog. (Similar to Course Name)
