Create Role for Adding Global Resources

It would be great if the the ability to add global resources was separated out from the "Modify" Role. This would allow department level admins to add global resources for their department but not modify resources outside their department.

Add Multiple Departments for Account Admin User Management

It woudl be helpful if an Admin could have user management for multiple departments. As the settings stand now, the rule is "AND" and we need an "OR" so an admin can view/modify users from multiple departments.
