Assign custom New User Email Templates during new user creation or mass import.

Idea Create multiple New User Email Templates that can be selected during mass user import, and manual new user creation. The current configuration only allows the use of a global New User Email Template.

Use Case In our instance, we are onboarding internal and external users via the mass user import function. We currently have 8 different learning environments that require different branding and communication strategies. Each of these environments is uniquely branded and we believe the email onboarding new users should have the same flexibility as the rest of the platform. As of right now, we can only utilize a global New User Email Template to onboard these new users.

How It Would Work When doing a mass user import or manual new user add, under "Send New User Email" there should be an option to select from a list of custom New User Email Templates.
