Managers need the ability to assign training to multiple users at once
With the recent update it looks like the manager experience is limit to a single assignment to a single employee at a time. We need to allow managers to choose multiple assignments and MORE IMPORTANTLY multiple employees.
If a checklist has universal applicability, it would be great to be able to use the same checklist in multiple courses, rather than have to create separate but identical checklists for each course.

On the admin dashboard, it would be helpful for the dashboard and/or reports to show recently accessed courses and users to help you quickly navigate back to something you were doing previously.
View enrollments for set of people matching criteria
We would like to view all enrollments for a set of people (ex. they are all in the same location, same HR business unit, etc). We have to look by person but want to see any enrollment tied to anyone that meets "x" filtering criteria.
