Make text response boxes resizable

When learners need to type in a text response, the text box isn't resizable - only the box around the text box. Which looks silly, and doesn't help anyone. Can we please resize the input box?

Course image library

Allow for admins to build a library of course images that can be assigned to courses. This could single-source an image, so that if one ever needs updating, it would update all courses that use that image.

Allow Enrollment Keys to Assign Users to Groups

Right now, enrollment keys can only assign users to a department. We need them to allow users to be assigned to a group as well. This will make a better process for both learner and admin.

Observation Checklists: If Course is completed, don't show user.

I just loaded a bunch of trainings and marked several users as "Complete", but the Reviewer is still seeing them as "Not Ready" in the Reviewer Experience. If the course is complete, the employee shouldn't even show up in the Reviewer Experience!

Allow check lists in resources. This could be used for equipment check offs for example.

Manager Experience - Add Tile or Filter for Competencies

We award competencies as a means to show qualifications. I'd love for managers to have a quick filter to see who was awarded the "Forklift" competency for example so that they can quickly see who on their team has earned the qualification.

We have courses that need to be completed each year. The course content doesn't change year to year. Instead of duplicating each course (150+ courses), we'd like the ability to duplicate all of them at once and then go change the naming convention...
