In Create, we can't backup an editable version of a course (we can download a published version, but that doesn't help if we have an issue such as accidentally deleting a course).

Currently the default times reports are scheduled is based off the portal location NOT the portal's default time zone. As an EU Portal user in the Americas, I'm getting my scheduled reports at the end of the day instead of at Midnight.
