We use Salesforce Absorb app, and we need to push user details such as hire date and other critical date fields from Salesforce to Absorb. Unfortunately, Salesforce date format is MMDDYYYY and absorb only accepts YYYYMMDD. Adding the flexibility to adjust date formats would resolve the conflict.
