We would benefit from the ability to archive or hide groups and departments that are no longer used. Currently, we need to either create a filter to remove them from the admin view or set the filter to # Of Users = zero, and that's not really ideal when you're talking about thousands of items.
Instead, it would be nice to select a group/department and have it sent to an archive that we could reference at a later date if needed. Deleting isn't really something we're keen on because we'd lose the ability to reference back to something if we ever had to. We want to maintain the history of the group/department but not see unused ones on the main Departments or Groups pages.
