Course Tile View isn't intuitive for users to navigate to course description Merged

I'm finding that if users are in the course catalog and in Tile View then they are only reading the course title and clicking enroll. Then I can't tell you how often I am having to remove courses from learners records because they enrolled for the wrong course or can't figure out months later why they are still being reminded to complete a course "they never [remembering they] registered for".

I wonder if it is possible on the tile view to add an "info button" or "details button" or something else to indicate if they just clicked the tile they could see what the course was about BEFORE clicking that enroll button.
