I have had situations where courses are available in the LMS and later we create a Competency and Badge that can be earned by completing a set or group of courses. The issue is that any Learners who have already completed the required courses before the Competency was created will not automatically gain the new Competency and Badge. There is a way to manually add Competencies to a Learner, but this is done one at a time. It would be nice to have the LMS automatically award a Competency to any Learners that meets the requirements, Past and Future.
This would be great. We need the ability to ensure that the Date Earned actually matches the date they completed the course or the competency was added.
