Set expiry dates to suit company

Any course that has an expiry date is currently annual. In our industry (Construction) some courses are not standard annual expiry, generally 3 years until we would expect a delegate to retake the course to refresh their memories or take into account any changes. Could this be something that can be set by the admin for the company ?

Thank you for sharing your idea with us! Jennifer is correct, you can use the Certificates section to set an expiration date, which can serve as a reminder for learners to retake the course. Additionally, the Allow Re-Enrollment section lets you specify when learners can reenroll, either a set time after course completion or before the certificate expires.

You also have the option to enable Auto Re-Enrollment, which automatically reenrolls learners once the specified duration is met. However, please note that this feature cannot be used with E-Commerce.

Your input is invaluable, and we truly appreciate your contribution. If you have any questions or additional suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

I think there is a way to currently do this. An admin could search through Courses for the filter Has Certificate. If Yes, then the course is set for an expiration date. These can then be changed on the admin side to days, months, or years.
