I am shocked and disappointed that there is not a way to set a due date for a course or curriculum relative to date of hire. This seems to be a very standard feature in most LMS, and I would like to see this updated. We currently have employees who are enrolled in curricula or courses automatically when their profiles are created, and thus enrolled prior to start date. In some cases, on their first login to the system, they are already overdue for enrollments because they were enrolled so far in advance of their hire date. If we could make the due date relative to start date, i.e. 15 days after date of hire, this would be resolved. The other option, which seems more complicated, would be a way to modify the enrollment rule to include enroll anyone hired after xx date, but with a hire date after "today", which is a fluid field...seems mor complicated.

This could be merged with this one.
I agree, this is necessary! Ideally, I wish we could have more due date options to customize them by individual or group, but at the very least we need to be able to do this.
We have courses that are required by regulators to be completed within 30 days of hire, so I have it set up as 'due 29 days after enrollment.' Users aren't enrolled until they log in the first time (we use SSO) so if they don't log in by the right date, their courses show that they have extra time to complete them, which is not the case.
