We would like to expand the Automatic Enrollment Rules to allow a learner to be auto-enrolled in a course "X" months after their hire date. While we can currently set a rule using "Date Hired", "After" or "Before", and inputting a specific date, this is limiting because the date remains static to our understanding.
For example, if we set the automatic enrollment rules to "Date Hired" "After" "9/1/2024" (assuming the 9/1/2024 date is 90 days in the past), the enrollment rules remain static to that date. Those settings would mean that anyone hired after that date would have access to the course. If we made it "Before" instead of "After", then new hires would never receive the course, even after 90 days has passed.
That's why there should be an option to make the date dynamic in that it follows the learner specifically.
Hi! I would also love if we could expand the automatic enrollment rules. The 90 day delay workaround is only helpful if they finish that course on that specific day. Some learners go through courses at a different pace than others. It would be super helpful if we could add an automatic enrollment rule so that the course would hit exactly at the 90 day mark versus waiting on the learner to complete a specific course.
This could be merged with this one as well

This is a great idea! One workaround is to add a post-enrollment rule (with a 90-day delay) to a course that they would complete upon hire.
