When hovering a cursor over a course within the learner experience, allow admins to manage what detail/behavior is shown.
For example, hovering over a course with a Due Date will show the date the course is due. It would be nice to be able to choose the hover action either universally or on a per-course basis to show other details, including Time to Complete/Duration.
