We have a number of ILCs set up to require approval prior to being enrolled. Once the learner submits their enrollment request they show up in the course enrollments even though they do not yet have approval. We use this list to create a course roster and it is misleading because they display as enrolled when it is not completed. It would be nice if enrollments waiting approval show up in the course enrollments list as waiting or pending approval and not as enrolled until the approval process is completed. It would also be nice to have a field in the denial process to make notes on those enrollments that are denied and have that reason field available in the course enrollments screen.

I work around this using the Manage Grades and Attendance section of ILCs. I created a layout that has the STATUS field added, which on this report shows the course status (pending/complete/not complete).
I also added a custom text field in our system that is used only in ILCs when I print out one of these reports. It gives a nice tidy spot for learner to sign in for a course if the instructor prints out the layout. Examples attached.
