We have some courses where evaluation is required to mark the course as complete. Currently, a learner can submit the form without entering a rating or answering a question. I'd like to be able to indicate specific required questions in order for the evaluation to be marked as complete.
It is a huge problem for us that evaluation questions are not actually required (even though clicking the evaluation link is required). Learners can simply click the evaluation link and then scroll to bottom of evaluation questions page and click the submit button WITHOUT answering ANY questions. So, yes it becomes useless.
Also the star rating system should be replaced with actual Likert scale options (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree for example). But, I'll post that as a separate idea.
This is NOT a duplicate of that other idea.
We would also like to be able to mark certain evaluation questions as required. The way it works now, a user can submit a completely blank evaluation, which is useless to us.
