If a user is absent from a class that only allows enrollment in a single session, the absence should remain on their transcript while allowing re-enrollment.

We often use curriculums to group feature training and keep courses organized. When we add a new feature lesson, it goes into a previously existing curriculum, but learners are not notified that a new course is added.
