The registration/ sign up form needs to show the full length of questions. We have some questions that are long and get cut off, so learners cannot read the full question.

Lesson details corresponding to that Lesson should appear automatically. Currently, it stays at Course details and doesn't move to Lesson details too on its own. Learner has to change manually to see it.
