Add Group visibility to new Admin interface

Add the Group Visibility option under "Enable Course Visibility" in the new Admin interface. This is an option in the previous version under the Availability tab. Not sure why it was removed for the newer version.

Sort custom field dropdowns on "Edit Enrollment Key" screen in alphabetical order

Course Image Thumbnail Crop/Autosize

When adding thumbnail images to courses, it would be nice if there was an auto resize tool or crop tool so the exact 229x173 pixels size could be obtained and images that were the wrong size didn't end up getting squashed.

Certificate download permission

We have clients that would prefer for their learners to not be able to download their certificate from their Learners Record and this only be available at an Admin level.

Message User from Course Upload Approval Page

It would be nice to have the ability to message a user directly from the Course Upload management page. We get users who will upload the wrong certificate and I have to go to their user profile to send them a message about how to correct the issue.

Competencies should allowed to decay or expire

If I was competent at something five years ago, there is no reason to assume with certainty that I am still competent. The ability to set decay or expiration dates for competencies would allow for more granular pre-requisite controls.
