Course filtering

Have Courses > Filter default to "Name" instead of "# of Ratings" Better yet, have it remember/save the last settings or recently/most used. Or let admin choose what should appear first based on usage--not alphabetical.

Course Images give 403 Forbidden error when link is posted to Social Media

When a link to a course is posted on social media using the share button on the course itself, the thumbnail gives a 403 Forbidden error making the link look fraudulent. That makes it very difficult to sell the course.
