Allow for the footer size to be adjusted

The footer is too bulky. I would like the size to be smaller if I am not adding any additional information on it so I am not just seeing a big block of color.

Please add formatting option for 'Save as New Version' notes

Please add a formatting option for the notes in the "Save as new Version" option for a course. Even when adding spacing between lines when typing the notes, upon saving, the notes all run together, making it difficult to read.
