Reduce the size of the course expiry message/banner

The banner/message area is too big. When switched to mobile view it takes up half the screen. A smaller, narrower banner or even just an badge somewhere on the screen would be much less "in your face".

Lock CC transcription

I would love to see a way to lock in CC edits after they have been completed. Currently, if the Auto-Transcribe button is clicked again, it will rewrite all edits.
