Extend character count for URL field in Add Venue window

We'd like to be able to create a venue for MS Teams/Zoom links that are set up by other people in their own calendars. Right now I am limited to 255 characters for the URL field which doesn't allow me to create a new venue for this event.

Allow cloning lessons and keep completion data for multiple courses

A created lesson might be essential in separate courses. As an admin i'd like to be able to add a lesson from another course and have it's completion data carry over (cloned) to the new course so they can complete in either place.

Course filtering

Have Courses > Filter default to "Name" instead of "# of Ratings" Better yet, have it remember/save the last settings or recently/most used. Or let admin choose what should appear first based on usage--not alphabetical.
