We continually get emails from our customers saying that their enrolment key or username and password doesn't work, when the issue is that they are inadvertently copying and pasting trailing white spaces that get added by their email client. I think the best solution would be to prevent spaces from being accepted in password fields (eg - by using the pattern attribute (https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_input_pattern.asp).
