Our agency recently started using the Competencies badges, which we are excited about. However, we have hundreds (literally, 2300) competencies which occured in the past which we need to assign. There is currently no way to do a mass import of this, and we have to go one by one and assign each individual user to the competency in the Assign Users screen. If we could give the system a list of email addresses/usernames, this process which has taken one of our staff an entire 8 hour shift could have been done in minutes. This is something we just have to deal with - but it does make us wary of creating new competencies for our existing trainings.
I would also benefit greatly from the ability to import competencies, as well as their categories. Having to manually select the categories and subcategories for each competency adds time to an already tedious task.
