Add tag filtering for Ribbon Container on Learner Dashboard

Looking to highlight tags or categories of courses using the ribbon container for leaner dashboards. This would show only courses associated with that tag or category for the learner.
I agree, I honestly can't believe this is not part of the current functionality. I would love to be able to have courses broken up into different sections based on a specific category.
