We have courses that get delivered to our entire organization. One main reason we use approval is so department leaders can manage employee time and staffing needs. However, there are other large groups of departments and all leaders who can self-manage their time and availability and do not need approval. I'd like to see the same filters available for blessings as we do enrollments.
