Challenge: Our finance team needs to be able to link a certification class attendee's name to a specific session date to track realized revenue. The forces us to create individual courses for each certification class, even though they'd normally be multiple sessions in a single course. This creates an administrative nightmare in Absorb. We also have to include the date of the course in the title so that it shows up in the eCommerce report and they can tie a name to a date.
Solution: Add a Session Attended column in the eCommerce report that displays which session was chosen.
