Challenge: We offer customer-facing courses for no charge. Many customers would like the option to have one person enroll their whole team in a course, the same as the multi-seat use case found here.
This is currently an option for e-commerce courses, but not for regular free courses. The solution we currently use is to create enrollment keys, distribute them to the customer's person, who then distributes to the team. This creates extra admin burden on us, takes extra time, and fills up the enrollment key report which has no way of organizing keys by folder or category.
Allowing a single user to obtain multiple seats for their team for free non-ecommerce courses would alleviate this burden for us and the customers.
